Each item has its average shipping time listed at the bottom of the item’s description and they may vary product by product. The USPS times listed next are the time frame once the item has shipped.
Processing time for in-stock orders usually takes 1-2 days to ship. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and UPS. We typically ship international packages via USPS First Class Postage to lower your costs and UPS. Upon request, we can ship via USPS Priority International Mail. We ship orders every day Monday through Saturday. This excludes Holidays. USPS takes 1-3 days once shipped to anywhere in the USA and is delivered on Saturdays as well. At special request, we can ship USPS Express Shipping via USPS. Express and takes 1-2 days depending on where you are located and this can ship on Saturdays before 2 pm. We are based in Ohio.
If your billing address and shipping address are different we must speak with you and verify the order. If we cannot get in touch with you the order will be canceled. If you need something by a certain date please let us know. We will do everything possible to accommodate your order.

These types of orders are handled by calling and talking directly with the customer to get specific details and requirements. A Paypal Invoice is then sent to the customer detailing the work to be done and goods to be delivered. Work will commence once that Invoice is paid.
Items not in stock will likely take one week to make unless NCPD LLC is out of other products as well. In that case, shipping could take up to 10 days. Back Ordered Items are filled in the order in which they were received.
All packages shipped by NCPD LLC will have a tracking #. It is extremely important to keep tabs on the progress of your package especially the status showing you that it was Delivered. Do not wait to retrieve your delivered package. Contact your local postal service if you did not see your package. They can often talk directly with your postal carrier who could verify where the package was placed and the approx time. Though you can file a claim, it is uncommon that the postal agency will pay out the insurance claim once the package was delivered to the correct address. We, NCPD LLC, are not responsible for packages that the postal service delivers to your address and that are stolen from there. We will however work with you to get an insurance claim filed if possible. The USPS will cover packages that were, “Lost or Missing”, while in transit. USPS defaults to $50 insurance per box. Please contact NCPD LLC if you are uncomfortable with that low $ insurance coverage and want to increase it due to possible postal theft in your area. I can add additional shipping insurance which will be added to your bill.

Our Shipping May be on Time However it’s Up to the Shipping Companies USPS and UPS to get it there in time. Both have had posted delays and suspension of delivery time guarantees since April 2020. These delays are due to employee shortages due to covid19.
Only under special situations can items be returned for a refund. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition” and with original packaging except for defective items and warranty issues. Shipping fees are not refundable. Warranty is typically 90 days from the day
you received it. The customer will need to pay shipping for the returned package due to NCPD LLC not knowing exactly the size and weight of that returned package. NCPD LLC will fix and or replace the item(s) and pay for shipping back to you.
Definition of the new, unaltered, and unused condition is:
