Welcome! We are Jeff and Susie Eastman, owners of North Canton Paranormal Detectives (NCPD LLC) located in North Canton, Ohio. Just like many of you, we became interested in investigating the paranormal after watching many of the “ghost hunting” shows on TV. With some basic equipment in hand, we set off to start investigating on our own in 2010, and have been at it ever since. During this journey, we have traveled to many locations in Ohio and surrounding states using existing equipment to collect evidence, but have not been truly satisfied with most of it. Jeff is a mechanical engineer and is listed in over 60 patents. Being incredibly creative, he began making his innovative equipment in our basement. At first, it was just for our use, but soon others began to notice and enthusiastically request their own. And that is how our business was born! Jeff has been designing, developing, producing, and selling quality, handmade paranormal equipment to the public since 2017. Susie, an elementary reading specialist, also supports the business. We truly believe in our products, use them in our investigations, and are amazed at the high-quality evidence we collect! We want you to enjoy using them too. Customer satisfaction is our top priority!
In addition to being paranormal investigators and owning our own business, we are involved in the paranormal community in other ways. Over the years we have traveled to several conventions and have been interviewed on many podcasts, including Beyond Reality Radio hosted by J. V. Johnson and Jason Hawes of TAPS. It has been exciting to see our equipment used on Kindred Spirits, Ghost Adventures, and Sleepless Unrest: The Real Conjuring Home. In our local community, we volunteer regularly at the beautiful, historic Canton Palace Theatre, where we help run ghost hunts and educate the public on paranormal investigating. We have also led ghost walks and presentations at The Kent Stage demonstrated paranormal equipment at the Akron Zoo during the Boo at the Zoo event and spoken at local libraries. Often we are joined by Team Spectre, our good friends and fellow investigators who also believe in giving back to the community.
We sincerely thank you for visiting our website. All feedback is welcome.
